My bro and I were riding to Washington CI for their monthly Kairos Reunion.  There was one problem; there was thick fog along nearly every mile of our trip.  Despite constantly wiping off my goggles, my vision was seriously reduced, which impacted my ability to see ahead.  My bro didn’t have that problem sitting behind a windshield.  I couldn’t trust my vision to see too far down the road, but my bro could see pretty well.  So instead of looking up the road, I dropped back and relied on my bro’s hand signals to alert me to any danger.  He led us to WCI, where we arrived soaking wet from the fog, but safe and sound!

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.” Psalm 119:105

Too often in our daily routine we try to see life our way, instead of trusting in God’s word to guide us the way we should.  The Bible is far more than a fashion accessory for Sunday; it’s instructions for everyday life.  If you’re not in a daily study of His word, let me encourage you to start.  You’ll be amazed at the truth of what you find in there.  Even more so, you’ll be delighted to discover that God has solutions for the struggles you face every day!

I trusted my to safely lead me through the fog that trip.  I absolutely trust in God’s word for guidance every day!

Do you love Jesus Christ?  Do you ride a motorcycle?  Do you wish there was a way you could combine these two things in your life??  Then Bikers for Christ may be for you!
