First Annual Biker Sunday First Church of the
Nazarene, Cantonment Fl. July 27, 2008
We decided at one of our meetings to take a
Sunday a month and ride to one of our members churches to worship and show our
support for them. Our fist church was First Church of the Nazarene and they
asked us to come share and speak for the first Biker Sunday they were having.
What an awesome ride and fellowship as bikers from 3 other churches also
attended. Band of Believers from First Assembly of God in Crestview, Bikers for
Christ of the Panhandle and W.O.R.D Riders Outreach from Woodbine United
Methodist Church in Pace Fl were there. Check out the pictures and video of the
service.
Stagecoach ride and House of Righteousness Ride Feb 9, 2008
We met up in Pensacola and rode through the
countryside to Stockton Alabama for lunch and fellowship and ended up back at
the House of Righteousness in Pensacola for ministry with residents and the
director, Morgan Miller, one of our own. What an awesome time of prayer,
fellowship and witnessing God's grace. After anointing the house and 2 of it's
residents we departed for eastern points and a close to this wonderful day that
God has made.
Christmas Parade Dec 1, 2007
It was exciting as we anticipated the start
of the parade but then began a waiting game as we were 131st out of 152 groups.
Then it was slow going. Never got out of 1st gear for this one. Maybe next year
we will have a regular float with a couple of bikes on it. The long idling and
revving is not good for the ponies. All the kids liked it though as we roared
passed and revved the loud pipes flaming at times.
Toys For Tots Nov 18, 2007 Fort Walton
Beach Fl
What an awesome site to see the 814 bikes
roaring down the road all for one common goal, no rivalry, no bitterness, no
strife just a love for the unfortunate little ones of God. More impressive were
the fans that lined the route to watch, cheer take photos and movies. There were
signs that thanked each rider for making that persons Christmas just that much
more blessed. Check out the pictures.
Our Dothan Ride Nov. 17, 2007
We met at Whataburger in Crestview and went
over hand signals, prayed and fellowshipped for a while then headed east for an
hr. where we stopped at Washington CI. There we shared in a short devotional
Matthew 25:31-46 and prayed the incarcerated brothers in blue and the outside
team that was ministering at the instructional reunion for the newly graduated
Kairos #7 group inside. (If you have any questions regarding Kairos please email
us via the Feedback page) From there we proceeded to Dothan where we stopped at
the Motorcycle shops and drooled with mouths hanging open. We had more
fellowship and ministered at a local BBQ joint and left for home. See the few
pic's we have.
Our inaugural "Gas n Go" ride to
nowhere. Oct. 14,2007
What an awesome time in the Lord as we met
at Sonic for fellowship and prayer then a short ride to nowhere in particular.
See it on the Pic's page.
